Orders and Delivery

We currently only ship within Singapore.

Free next-day delivery for all orders above S$100.*
S$15 flat fee for next-day delivery for orders below S$100.

*Should you require an urgent 2-hour delivery, please contact us at enquiries@thegoodplace.com.sg and we will try our best to fulfil your order at a flat fee of S$25.

All orders received before 6pm will be processed and delivered by the next working dayDeliveries will be made during 12pm to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. We don't deliver on Sunday and public holidays. For orders that are processed on Saturday, we will deliver to you at the earliest hour on Monday, between 12pm to 6pm. In the event that an item is not available, we will propose a replacement or you may choose to hold your order until all items are available. 

Please note that we do not accept orders with post box numbers as delivery addresses. Orders will not be processed till a valid delivery address is provided. Please do ensure someone be present to receive and sign for the delivery, so as to ensure that you get your orders timely. We will charge an additional $15 for return of goods in the event that there is no one present to receive the goods.

As a service quality, all orders are well packed so that they arrive in perfect condition; fully insured by us and at no additional cost. Should there still be  damage incurred while in transit (such as clear signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery), please do refuse the parcel and ask the courier to return the goods to us.
